Xero – Access to your accounts anytime, anywhere

We have looked at a number of online accounting packages and believe that Xero is best suited for our client base. It is simple to use and produces reports, all of which can be converted to Excel and can be easily tailored to show the information that is most important to the specific business, yet is priced at a level that small companies can afford.

Xero allows the client’s data to be up to date at all times and accessed remotely – allowing management to stay on top of the business and our firm to answer queries and provide advice as they occur rather than just at the year end or when preparing accounts. Automatic downloading of bank statements to the package and automated coding of repeating transactions also saves greatly on processing time.

Xero fits well with Accountech’s approach of providing a personal and proactive service and being continuously available to answer queries as they arise.
